When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, selected interest, and message you provide. If you book training, we may also store scheduling preferences, payment confirmation references from offline payment channels, and notes needed to deliver mentoring seats.

Server or hosting logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect aggregated visit statistics as described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use information

We use contact details to reply to seat requests, deliver training materials, send schedule changes, and handle refund or cancellation questions. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

Where Korean law applies to our processing, we rely on necessity to perform a contract or take steps at your request before a contract, and on legitimate interests in operating a training practice and securing our website. Cookie preferences are stored based on your choice.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active booking dispute. Training records tied to paid sessions are kept for up to 7 years for accounting and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized.

Sharing

We may use processors for email delivery, hosting, and (if you consent) analytics. They process data only on our instructions. We disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers
