Refunds & cancellations

Scope

This policy covers Pattern Recognition Foundations, Reversal Pattern Intensive, Continuation Pattern Workshop, and Private Pattern Mentoring seats purchased after written confirmation from us. It does not cover third-party software, brokerage accounts, or products we do not sell.

Eligibility & timeframe

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the first scheduled session of a multi-session program, or at least 48 hours before a single mentoring seat. Requests received after those cutoffs are assessed for partial refunds as described below.

Full refund

You receive a full refund of fees paid when (a) you cancel within the timeframe above, or (b) we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable reschedule within 30 days, or (c) a confirmed seat was double-booked due to our error.

Partial refund

For multi-session programs, if you cancel after the cutoff but before the second session begins, we may refund 50% of the program fee after deducting the value of materials already delivered. Once the second session has started, remaining sessions are non-refundable except where required by law.

Non-refundable items

Digital chart packs and worksheets released to you after payment are non-refundable once downloaded or emailed. Completed mentoring hours already attended are non-refundable. Deposits explicitly labeled as non-refundable in a booking confirmation remain non-refundable.

No-shows

Missing a live session without notice counts as attendance for refund purposes. Mentoring no-shows without 24-hour notice forfeit that session fee.

Rescheduling

You may request one free reschedule of a mentoring session if notice is given at least 24 hours ahead. Program cohort moves depend on available seats; a transfer fee is not charged, but fees already applied to started sessions stay earned.

Work already started

If we have already reviewed charts you submitted for mentoring, that preparation time is part of the session value. Cancelling after chart submission but before the live call may result in a partial refund of up to 70% at our discretion.

Purchased materials

Printed materials ordered specially for an in-person intensive are non-refundable once ordered. Digital materials remain personal-use licensed after any partial refund of tuition.

Process & timing

Email [email protected] with your name, session name, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–14 business days after approval. Bank transfer fees charged by your institution are not reimbursed.
